Very good, you saved my life. I am ever so grateful. Thank you all again.
Fantastic service from the time I arrived till I was discharged.Honestly I could not of asked for more
They were brilliant. Polite well mannered unit
Getting on emergency in very severe pain and condition, unsleeping for 3 nights and having my baby of 1 year with me dragging him 9 hours on the hospital corridors and even trying to do something.
Nurses some of them having a very rude attitude and treating like rabish.Having fun one with each other and you just stand and look like a stupid waiting for some answers .
Not being the first experience like this
Was dealt with professional people from start with ambulance to leaving hospital sometimes in busy and trying times
This is the first time I have been to hospital for a long time I was shocked first I had to register which I did not know then find my way to a&e no information when I did see a doctor sorry but couldn’t understand him the lack of information none when I did ask a question grunts sat ther for 4 hours no answer nothing so I walked out I gave respect and was not given it back l hop I never get I’ll or have to go back to queens
I am very happy with help I received from the hospital team.
Apart from the waiting time initially, my treatment and the manners of the staff was excellent. The staff were friendly and on the ward the constant checking up on my welfare was greatly appreciated.
Whilst I thought my care was OK. I was in for far too long. I was feeling very poorly and just wanted to go home. I felt that some nurses were a little unsympathetic to me and other patients.
After arriving and being put into a bed. The nurses and doctors proceeded to talk about me. Accusing me of taking drugs. I heard all of this. Once moved to a different part of a&e I processed to tell the new nurses what had been said. Disgusting and will not be returning. Especially considering I WORK FOR THE NHS!!!!
